What this site collects.

The form

There is one form on this site, with three intents: keep me posted, start a conversation, request the data room. Whichever you pick, the record we store is:

• your first name, last name and email address;
• the intent you chose — and, because one record is kept per address, every intent you have chosen from it;
• for a conversation or a data-room request, the organization and the note you typed. Notes are kept with the date and the intent they arrived under; the most recent twenty are retained;
• the time of your first submission and of your most recent one;
• a fixed label saying the record came from this site's form;
• the address of the site you submitted from. We publish this page at one address and test it at others, and this is the only thing that tells a real submission from one of our own tests.

That is the whole record. The form does not record your IP address, your browser, or anything you did not type. Submitting again with the same address updates the record rather than creating another. It is held on Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and a person reads it. It is used to do what you asked — send occasional updates, reply, or review a data-room request — and for nothing else: no enrichment, no sharing, no sale, no advertising.

The log of submissions

Separately from that record, each submission writes one dated line to a log: the date and time, which intent you chose, whether you had written before, whether you left a note — not the note itself — the page you submitted from, and a short campaign tag if you arrived by a link that carried one. It is keyed to your email address and holds nothing else about you: no name, no organization, and none of the text you typed. Its purpose is to let us count what has been asked for and to tell whether anyone was actually told about your request. Lines are kept for 24 months. It is held on Cloudflare alongside the record above.

Being told, and being written to

When you submit, we send ourselves a message so that a person knows to look — it goes to one Mantafarm mailbox and nowhere else. Nothing is sent to you unless you asked for it: choosing "keep me posted" is what subscribes you to occasional updates, and the other two intents subscribe you to nothing. The log above records whether that internal message actually got through, which is how a request that nobody was told about gets found.

Keeping the form usable

The form carries an ordinary anti-abuse measure: a field no person can see and no person should fill. If it arrives filled we treat the submission as automated and do not store the record or reply, though the log above keeps a line saying a submission was suppressed — so that if we ever get this wrong, there is a trace rather than a silence. We also limit how often the form can be submitted from one place in a short period; nothing about that limit is stored.

Everything else

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and images are served from this domain. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard operational logs (IP address, request path) under its own policy.

Removal

Write to hello@mantafarm.com, or reply to anything we send you, and both the record and every line about you in the log are deleted. There is no self-service control on this site — no unsubscribe link, and no button here; a person does it, by hand, in both places.
